The account web service is used to create and update accounts from the database.

  Deletes an address to an existing account.

  Deletes a note to an existing account.
• GeneratePassword
  Generates a random iMIS password.
• Update
  Updates an Account.
• UpdateAddress
  Updates an existent address.
• UpdateNote
  Updates a note to a specified account.
